A chain of facial hair measuring 195 ft 3 in (59.51 m) was formed by 86 participants at the US National Beard and Moustache Championships in Daytona Beach, Florida, USA, on 3 November 2023.
This attempt was one of a few facial-hair chains formed as part of the 2023 Honest Amish/Beard Team USA National Beard and Moustache Championships, held in the Peabody Auditorium in Daytona Beach.
As per the GWR rules, each member of the chain had facial hair measuring at least 20 cm (7.8 in). The attempt was witnessed by a notarized surveyor, who measured the chain between the noses of the first and last competitors. The participants stood side by side and linked their whiskers using hair clips.
