The tallest wooden pagoda is the Sakyamuni Pagoda of Fogong Temple, which has a height of 67.31 m (220 ft 10 in) and is located in the Yingxian County of Shanxi, China. It was constructed in 1056.

The structure, which stands on a stone base and has five levels, is currently undergoing repairs after withstanding extreme weather, numerous earthquakes, and even artillery fire during wartime.
