The largest demolition derby has 125 participants, and was achieved by the Festival de la Galette de Sarrasin at an event organised by Nicolas Tremblay, Julien Fournier and Paul Morin (all Canada) in Saint-Lazare-de-Bellechasse in Québec, Canada, on 3 August 2019.
Mathieu Langlois was declared the winner of the event, which lasted roughly 50 minutes. He drove a 2001 Toyota Corolla and won a prize of C$10,000.
